All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions and specifications are accurate; however, we do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free. Compatibility with specific vehicles is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise confirmed in writing by our staff.

4. Refunds and Returns

We offer a 30-day refund policy on unused, uninstalled products. Products must be returned in new condition with all original packaging and accessories. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect. See our Refund Policy for more details.

5. Core Exchange Deposits

Some products require a core exchange deposit. The deposit will be refunded if the returned core is complete and in good working condition, as determined by Cindi Motorsports, and received within 10 business days of delivery. Cores that are incomplete, damaged, or non-functional will not qualify for a refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Cindi Motorsports is not liable for delays beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs, or supply chain issues.

7. Installation and Use

Products should be installed by qualified professionals. Cindi Motorsports is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation or use of products.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless stated otherwise, products sold by Cindi Motorsports are sold “as is” and without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
